The search of Ramirez’ Monache Drive home turned up nothing, but investigators expect their ongoing investigation will lead to more charges.
According to Lt. Greg Herrington with the McFarland Police Department, Ramirez sold methamphetamines from his car in the 100 block of West Sherwood Avenue while working at a nearby construction site. The location is near a high school.
Ramirez was arrested after allegedly selling 8 grams of meth to an undercover officer. Officers then searched Ramirez’ vehicle and seized an additional 39 grams of suspected methamphetamine and $7,000 cash.
Ramirez faces charges of possession of a controlled substance for sale and transportation of a controlled substance.
