PHOENIX — A Phoenix drug dealer has been sentenced to 12 years in prison.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said 30-year-old Rogelio Anton Perez was sentenced Tuesday by U.S. District Court Judge Stephen McNamee.
Prosecutors said Anton had pleaded guilty to the charge of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine.
Authorities said Anton sold meth and cocaine out of his West Phoenix home between February 2010 and June 2010.
Agents raided Anton’s home and recovered sale quantities of cocaine and methamphetamine, $20,000 in cash, scales and canisters and a firearm.
Authorities said Anton has two prior felony convictions.
