Comments Off on 2 arrested after meth lab found in parked RV

WATERLOO — Two men allegedly sneaked into a parked RV and set up a methamphetamine lab Thursday, police said.

Mandel Charles Lagow, 37, of 622 Reber Ave., and Bradley Alan Neisen, 26, of 744 Home Acres, Evansdale, were arrested and later charged with conspiracy to manufacture meth and trespassing.

According to court records, a resident called police about suspicious activity on Newell Street at about 12:26 p.m., and officers noticed an RV parked at 127 Newell.

Inside the vehicle, police found Lagow and Neisen, along with chemicals and other items used to make meth, according to court records.

The owner of the RV and the property said he wanted to press trespassing charges against the two.

They were taken to the Black Hawk County Jail, and bond for each was set at $100,000.

Authorities said the lab would have been able to produce at least 5 grams of meth, court records state.
