Two Arkansas men were arrested and charged with operating a methamphetamine laboratory in a home in Somerset Township, Washington County, state police said today.

John Decker III, 23, of Judson, Ark., and Jarrett Cousins, 26, of Floral, Ark., were both arrested at 8 a.m. Thursday after the state police’s Clandestine Lab Response Team executed a search warrant on a home on Carlton Drive, state police said.

Found in the home was evidence of an active meth lab, as well other drug paraphernalia.

Both men were charged with operating a methamphetamine laboratory, criminal conspiracy, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

They are being held in Washington County Jail on $75,000 bail and face an April 19 preliminary hearing.
