A routine traffic stop led to a major meth bust in Genesee County.
Police say 29-year-old Matthew Zon of Byron, was pulled over yesterday morning with 24-year-old Tricia Tundo in the car. Authorities say they found methamphetamine and meth lab materials in the car. That led them to a house on East Main Street in Byron. Investigators said they found an operational meth lab inside the home.
Zon and Tundo have been charged with unlawful disposal of methamphetamine laboratory materials, as well as other drug charges.
Police say further charges are pending.
