An anonymous tip on Thursday led Osceola deputies to a possible methamphetamine lab in a hotel room, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
Mary Beth Justice, 44, and Ernest Troth House, 39, are facing charges including possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, resisting with violence and battery on a law-enforcement officer.
The deputies responded to the Champions World Resort at 8660 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway and conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the parking lot that contained Justice and House. As they were placed into custody, House initially was combative with the deputies, according to the sheriff’s office.
Ultimately, the two cooperated with the investigation, which led the deputies to room 539 in the hotel. Osceola County Investigative Bureau found products consistent with manufacturing methamphetamine in the room.
