Linn County Sheriff’s deputies arrested one man and two women Saturday night while serving a search warrant at 49259 Santiam Hwy. in Cascadia.
Sheriff Tim Mueller said his office had received citizen tips regarding the residence.
Twenty-nine firearms, more than $1,500, and a stolen 1998 Mazda 626 from Bend were located during the overnight search.
Investigators also found methamphetamine, packaging materials, scales and drug paraphernalia. Numerous prescription pills were seized.
David Robert Patterson, 57, of Cascadia, was arrested on charges of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, delivery of marijuana and possession of a stolen vehicle.
Kimberly Jean Allen, 49, of Cascadia, was arrested on charges of frequenting a place where controlled Substances are used and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
Melinda Marie Phillips, 46, of Sweet Home, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a minor and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Phillips’ 15-year-old daughter was removed from her custody and placed in foster care by the Oregon Department of Human Service.
The investigation continues and additional arrests are expected.
The Albany, Lebanon, and Sweet Home Police Departments and members of the Linn County Regional SWAT team assisted with the search.
