Three Princeton residents were arrested early Thursday morning and charged with incidents related to the alleged operation of a methamphetamine lab.

Three Princeton residents were arrested early Thursday morning and charged with incidents related to the alleged operation of a methamphetamine lab.
Anthony Flora, 50, Edward D. Flora, age 55 and Ruth Parkhurst, age 43 were arrested at a residence at 213 W. Missouri St. in Princeton. They face charges of manufacturing and distributing a controlled substance as well as endangering the welfare of minor children. The Floras are being held in the Mercer County Jail on $150,000 cash or surety bond while Ms. Parkhurst is in the Grundy County Detention Center on a $150,000 cash or surety bond. All three face a May 3 court date.
According to a news release from the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, law enforcement executed a warrant at the residence, where they found an active methamphetamine lab as well as a large amount of finished product, which Sheriff Steve Stockman said appeared to be methamphetamine.
In addition to arresting the three adults, two juveniles were also at the residence and have been released to a family member.
Involved in executing the warrant were Sheriff Stockman, deputies Lou Collobert and Zach Martin, Decatur County (IA) Deputy Garry Potter and his canine.
