FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Authorities say a Fort Totten woman has been sentenced to time served and six months at halfway house for selling methamphetamine on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation.
U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon says 21-year-old Maranda Fassett was sentenced on Monday on a charge of distribution of a controlled substance. He says she pleaded guilty to the charge in February.
Purdon says the incident occurred in March 2010. He says Fassett was arrested in December and had been in custody since then.
