HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. — Two people were charged Monday night after deputies said they found a methamphetamine lab at a Hendersonville home.

Deputies said they were called to 1880 Spartanburg Highway after someone made a complaint of people making methamphetamine at the home. They said detectives who went to the home found chemicals used to make the drug and other paraphernalia.
Billy Ledbetter, 28, and Gail Owens, 46, were arrested in connection with the lab.
Ledbetter was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of precursor chemicals, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. He was being held in the county jail on $186,500 bond.
Owens was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of precursor chemicals, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. She was being held in the county jail on $186,000 bond.
