PROVO, Utah (AP) — Court documents show a third suspect has been charged with murder in the shooting of a Provo man that police say was paid for with one ounce of methamphetamine.

The Daily Herald of Provo says documents filed in 4th District Court claim 45-year-old Danny Leroy Logue was with Darrell Morris when Morris shot Andy Wendell Purcell on May 14. Authorities say the gun belonged to Logue.

Police say Logue and Morris are believed to be members of a white supremacist gang. Logue is in prison on a parole or probation violation.

Authorities say Morris was hired by Yuri Sanchez Lara because of a dispute over money, and that Lara paid Morris an ounce of methamphetamine for the murder. It wasn’t immediately clear if the suspects had attorneys.
