BRISTOL, Va. —
Earlier this morning the Criminal Investigations Division of the Bristol, Va. Police Department arrested one man after discovering 115 methamphetamine “cook” bottles and several precursors when executing a search warrant at 805 Norfolk Ave.
The company responsible for the cleanup is calling this the largest meth lab they have found to date in southwest Virginia.
It is unclear at this time who resided at the house, as no utilities were connected. The house itself was condemned by Bristol, Va. Environs Control after cleanup was completed.
Stephen Craig Frost, Jr., 21, was arrested in connection with the incident. Frost was charged with the manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of two or more precursors used in the manufacture of methamphetamine and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
He is being held in the Bristol, Va. Jail on a $3,000 bond awaiting a court date on July 7.
