The Chippewa County Sheriff’s Department says William Shilts was arrested at his home. Deputies searched the home and found the meth lab along with a number of guns.

A Chippewa County man is facing charges in connection with a recently discovered meth lab found near Stanley.

Online court documents show William Shilts, 29, is facing multiple charges including manufacturing methamphetamine, possessing with the intent to deliver, and illegally possessing a firearm. The Chippewa County Sheriff’s Department says Shilts was arrested at his home. Deputies searched Shilts’ home and found the meth lab along with a number of guns.

Deputies say two other people, Kayla Langiewicz, 25, and Jacob Pearson, 25, were also arrested in Shilts’ home and face criminal charges.
