Two people have been charged in connection with the find of a suspected meth lab in Christiansburg last night.

Acting on a tip, police went to an apartment in the 400 block of Underwood Street with a search warrant, Christiansburg spokeswoman Becky Wilburn said today.

Chad Bishop Pattishall, 33, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of items with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a drug, all felonies, as well as possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor.

Shannon Elizabeth Hart, 31, was charged with conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine.

Both live at the apartment, Wilburn said.

Police are continuing to investigate Pattishall’s involvement in manufacturing and distributing meth, she said.
