PANAMA CITY — What started as a medical call Friday morning ended with the  arrest of four people, according to the Bay County Sheriff’s Office.

BCSO responded to a medical call at 3604 Orlando Road, Panama City, at about  7:30 a.m. in reference to a man who was not breathing. EMS  revived the man  and took him to a local hospital where he remains in ICU. His name is not being  released, BCSO said.

While at the scene, deputies noted evidence of illegal narcotics activity and  a search warrant was obtained. Investigators searched the home and found  methamphetamine, an active meth lab with “shake and bake” bottles, and drug  paraphernalia, BCSO said.

Those arrested were Joshua Bagley, 25, 11839 Silver Lake Road, Fountain,  manufacture of methamphetamine, trafficking in methamphetamine, tampering with  evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia; Carolyn Warren, 22, 106 Gayle  Ave., Panama City, possession of methamphetamine and possession of  paraphernalia; Kevin Kittrell, 27, 2705 W. 18th St., Panama City,  active warrant for grand theft; and Tyler Elmore, 19, 2314 Kings Ave., Panama  City, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
