Israel Raymond Gonzales had acute methamphetamine and oxycodone intoxication when he drowned earlier this year, according to a coroner’s office news release sent out Thursday.

The body of the 56-year-old Shafter man was found March 1 in the 10500 block of Shafter Highway. Cause of death was accidental.
