ROCK HILL — Police have charged three brothers on drug charges after York County’s Multijurisdictional Drug Unit found methamphetamine and marijuana in their home, according to Lt. Mike Ligon.

Tony Allen Bouler, 32, Thomas Dean Bouler, 30, and their half-brother, Jayson Lee Davis, 35, lived together in a Rock Hill home that Ligon says was using the “one pot method” to produce methamphetamine.

During a undercover investigation, Ligon said, one of the brothers sold meth to a police officer.

Police obtained a search warrant for his home where they found products known to be used in manufacturing meth, he said.

Thomas Bouler is charged with two counts of manufacturing and distributing methamphetamine and is in jail awaiting arrest warrants from another agency.

Tony Bouler is charged with possession of a controlled substance, two counts of manufacturing and distributing methamphetamine and two counts of distributing, selling or producing drugs near a school.

Davis has been charged with possession of marijuana and methamphetamine.

All three men are awaiting a bond hearing at the Moss Justice Detention Center.
