Comments Off on Woman Arrested in Drive-Thru Window for sale of Meth

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Division arrested a local woman yesterday on drug charges after spotting her at a drive through window at a restaurant in Callaway.


Fallon Paulk, DOB 6-1-86, of Carrabelle, was wanted on felony charges for sale of methamphetamine related to a previous case. When investigators spotted her they took her into custody and brought her to the BCSO for questioning. Paulk was searched and found to be in possession of about a quarter ounce of crystal methamphetamine and some marijuana.

While at the BCSO, Paulk was observed trying to escape from custody by manipulating the lock on the interview room door.

Paulk was taken to the Bay County Jail and booked on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Alprazolam with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana less than twenty grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Attempted Escape.
