MIDDLESEX TOWNSHIP, Cumberland County—  A man is arrested Friday after operating an illegal meth lab out of his camper just a few feet away from a Cumberland County home. State troopers began investigating Brian D. Paddock, 48, of Middlesex Township back in April when they were tipped off that Paddock had been making meth.
