THREE RIVERS, MI — A Three Rivers man is dead from injuries he suffered in what authorities say was a methamphetamine lab explosion.
The explosion took place Monday afternoon in the 100 block of South Andrews Street, according to a Three Rivers Police Department press release.
When firefighters arrived, they found a 30-year-old man with life-threatening burns and lacerations from the blast. He was airlifted to Bronson Methodist Hospital where he died Tuesday.
Investigators say they found evidence of manufacturing methamphetamine.
Police are also searching for a second suspect.
