Sandy Creek, NY — An investigation by Oswego County deputies into a domestic dispute at a Sandy Creek home led to the arrests of a man and woman on felony methamphetamine charges, deputies said.

Steven M. Cronk Jr., 31, and Tami R. McDowell, 38, both of 4124 county Route 22, were charged Sunday with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and unlawful disposal of methamphetamine, both felonies. In addition, McDowell was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

At the same time, Tami R. McDowell, 38, of the same address, was arrested for third-degree unlawful manufacture of Methamphetamine, a class D felony; unlawful disposal of Methamphetamine, a class E felony; and criminal possession of a controlled substance for her alleged participation in the incident and possessing narcotics without a prescription.

McDowell was arraigned in the Town of Sandy Creek Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $3,000 cash or $15,000 bond.

She is to return to court at a later date.
