Warsaw Police Officers were busy Saturday night with a number of drug-related arrests on the east side of the city.

The arrests, involving six individuals, occurred between 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. and happened at Walgreens, Bennigan’s and at the Days Inn.

Warsaw Police Department’s Public Information Officer Lt. Kip Shuter says, although the department does not issue press releases on arrests of this nature because they are “too common,” he did say all of the individuals arrested are charged with possession of precursors used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Those arrested were:
  • Erika J. Nichols, 27, 1692 E. 200 N., #164B, Warsaw, arrested for possession of chemical reagents/precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, and body attachment warrant. Bond: $2,250
