According to reports released Monday morning from the Sampson County Sheriff’s Office, Anders was pulled over by a deputy for a minor lane violation just outside of the city limits. When the deputy ran her name, it was discovered that she was wanted on outstanding failure to appear warrants and was immediately arrested.

Once at the Sampson County Detention Center, Anders was patted down and officials discovered a small piece of aluminum foil in her pocket. Inside the foil was residue of crystal methamphetamine, approximately 5 grams.

Anders was cited for the lane violation, charged with the drugs and given a $34,000 bond. She will appear in court on Nov. 9.

According to the North Carolina Department of Corrections, she has no previous convictions.
