NEW IPSWICH — A New Ipswich man is accused of conspiring to possess and sell methamphetamine after police say they found the drug, guns, a scale and other suspicious items inside his home.

Nicholas Perry, 27, of 108 Mason Road No. 7, is charged with one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to sell a narcotic drug.On Monday, a month-long investigation by multiple police agencies ended when police got a search warrant for Perry’s residence, N.H. State Police said.

Inside Perry’s home, police found about 4 ounces of methamphetamine, a .40-caliber Smith & Wesson handgun, a .45-caliber H&K handgun with a silencer, ammunition, scales, packing materials and a money counter, State Police said in a news release.

Perry is being held for lack of $10,000 cash bail and is scheduled to appear today in the 8th Circuit Court District Division in Jaffrey.

The N.H. State Police Narcotics and Investigations Unit, Manchester Police Department Special Investigations Unit and the New Ipswich Police Department all helped in the investigation.
