Comments Off on Storm Lake, Iowa, methamphetamine investigation nets more arrests

STORM LAKE, Iowa | Police on Thursday announced two people have been charged as part of a six-month investigation of methamphetamine sales in Storm Lake, Iowa.

Tara Konrady, 33, and Larry Henemen, 40, both of Spencer, Iowa, were arrested Wednesday on charges of conspiracy to manufacture 5 grams or more of methamphetamine and possession of precursors.

Both charges are felonies.

As of Thursday morning, police say seven people have been charged as a result of the investigation.

The overall investigation was a joint effort by Storm Lake Public Safety and the Buena Vista County Sheriff’s Office.
