Another day, another drug bust for the Clatsop County Drug Task Force, which arrested five for methamphetamine in Seaside Friday, including a pregnant woman.

Three separate search warrants were executed with help from the Seaside Police, after detectives received information about a high volume of drug traffic in a residential neighborhood on 10th Street in Seaside. Additionally, detectives were alerted that a pregnant woman was using the drug and living in hazardous conditions.

Rachel Anne Webb, 22, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance for methamphetamine, and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used.

Keith Edward Pitts, 34, was arrested for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance for methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a controlled substance for methamphetamine, and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used.

Also arrested were Frank Kenneth Nimz, 31, for frequenting a place where controlled substances are used, Paul Dwayne Lowman, 48, for attempted possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and Evan Lee Patrick Karge-White, 27, for attempted possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

Nimz, Pitts and Webb were lodged at the Clatsop County Jail.

Lowman and Karge-White were arrested and released because of jail overcrowding with charges forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office.
