Three people were arrested on meth charges by officers with the Hope Police Department. Hope Police Chief Randy Bailey said the arrests were the result of two searches after a nine day investigation.

Bailey says that on March 5, Hope Police executed a search warrant at a home in Greensburg. The Decatur County Sheriff’s Department, Greensburg Police, Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department and Indiana State Police aided Hope authorities at the home and outbuildings located at 14059 W. State Road 46. Found at the house and barn were items used in the manufacturing and distribution of methamphetamine, anhydrous and paraphernalia.

Arrested in this case was 48-year-old Robert W. Walls of Greensburg. He is facing six felonies and one misdemeanor. Charges include possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing of methamphetamine, possession of precursors, possession of anhydrous, maintaining a common nuisance, neglect of a dependent and possession of paraphernalia.

A second search warrant was executed the same day after Hope Reserve Officer Keith Lawson spotted Bradley Armstrong at 230 N. Washington Street in Hartsville. Officer Lawson detained Armstrong so that second warrant could be executed which was secured from the Bartholomew County courts. Armstrong was taken into custody after officers found items in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. At the search site, police allegedly located two very large tanks of anhydrous along with other items used in the manufacturing and distribution of methamphetamine. Several weapons were also located and seized at this location.

Arrested in this case were 38-year-old Bradley Armstrong and 47-year-old Lisa Mozingo, both of Hartsville. Armstrong is facing charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of anhydrous, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. Mozingo was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.
