Both Quesada and his passenger, 21-year-old Lynnsey Kay Lundy of Wichita Falls, were charged with manufacture/delivery of between one and four grams of methamphetamine in a drug-free zone.

They remained behind bars Wednesday evening, each in lieu of $10,000 bail.
