Three people were charged early Thursday after police raided two suspected methamphetamine labs in homes in the towns of Windsor and Colesville.

At about 6 a.m. Thursday, state police executed simultaneous search warrants at 82 Mount Carmel Rd. in Windsor and 180 Hartz Rd. in Colesville, after a month-long investigation into Broome County methamphetamine production, police said.

Donald Sibley, 39, and Jennifer Crea, 36, of the Windsor address, are accused of possessing 16 ounces of liquid methamphetamine, two grams of processed methamphetamine, assorted drug paraphernalia, and a .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol with ammunition, police said.

Both were charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, both felonies; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Sibley was also charged with a felony count of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and Crea charged with a misdemeanor count of weapon possession.

Nate Dendler, 32, of the Colesville address, is accused of possessing two grams of finished methamphetamine and other items used to manufacture the drug, police said.

Dendler was charged with third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, a felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Sibley, Crea and Dendler were arraigned in Town of Kirkwood Court and remanded to Broome County Jail without bail.

Further charges are pending and the investigation is continuing, police said.

The investigation was conducted by the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and Vestal police, with assistance by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
