The Drug Task Force breaks up a Salina meth lab. 

According to Drug Task Force Commander Lt Jim Norton, police received several tips about suspected drug activity in a Salina neighborhood. 

Agents from the Task Force used a search warrant at 401 Morrison Avenue late Friday night and found ingredients and hardware in the basement used to cook methamphetamine. 

Police arrested 39-year-old Roy V. Nease, on charges that include the manufacture and possession of methamphetamine. 

Officers also arrested 19-year-old Dallas R. Nease and 18-year-old Dalton J.R. Grady, both on charges for possession of a hallucinogenic drug. 

The investigation is ongoing and that more arrests are possible. 

Lt. Norton tells KSAL News that it is the first bust of an active meth lab in Salina since June of 2012.
