A search of a car in the parking lot of Granby’s Walmart produced a one gallon plastic jug of muriatic acid, a small plastic jug of drain cleaning substance and a 40-pound bag of rock salt, deputies said.

The investigation also led to an additional felony manufacture of meth charge against Smith after deputies said she was involved in making meth earlier this month in Hannibal, deputies said.

Deputies also arrested another woman, Allison M. Plumley, 37, of 14 Country Lane, Fulton. She was charged with felony possession of precursors of methamphetamine and criminal possession of a controlled substance, deputies said.

Smith was sent to the Oswego County jail with bail set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond, deputies said. Plumley was given bail of $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond.
