FULTON – Three Fulton residents were arrested Aug. 8 following a joint investigation conducted by members of the Oswego County Drug Task Force and the Fulton City Police Department after a search warrant was executed by the Fulton City Police, the New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team, the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Oswego County Drug Task Force.

Jeremy J. Halstead, age 35, and Kathleen E. Halstead, age 26, both of 324 Seneca Street, Apartment 3, Fulton, New York, and Nathaniel I. Hollis, age 21, of 34 Gillespie Road, Fulton, New York, were arrested.
As a result of the investigation, Jeremy J. Halstead was charged with criminal possession of precursors of methamphetamine, a class E felony; endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor; and criminal nuisance in the second degree, a class B misdemeanor.
Kathleen E. Halstead
Kathleen E. Halstead was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor; and criminal nuisance in the second degree, a class B misdemeanor. Nathaniel I. Hollis was charged with criminal possession of precursors of methamphetamine, a class E felony.
Jeremy Halstead and Nathaniel Hollis are accused of possessing precursors which consisted of ephedrine along with reagents and solvents used to manufacture methamphetamines.

Jeremy Halstead and Kathleen Halstead are also accused of allowing the possession, use and sale of methamphetamine out of their residence, which placed their 5-year-old son at risk due to the dangers associated with the use and sale of controlled substances and also due to the volatile nature of the chemicals associated with the manufacture of methamphetamine.
The three were issued appearance tickets to return to Fulton City Court at 9 a.m. on September 12.
The investigation also resulted in a second search warrant in the town of Granby.
Further charges are expected as that investigation continues.
