10_23-arrestMADISONVILLE, Ky. (10/23/14) — Madisonville Police responded to a complaint of trespassing at a Meadowlark Lane residence Wednesday, Oct. 22.

According to a Madisonville Police report, officers met with the complainant and she advised them that there were people in her house and drugs laying everywhere. She also asked the officers to get all drugs and needles out.

The report said when officers went into the residence, they found three individuals, Tabitha Rose Harp, 30, Madisonville, Joseph Edward Richardson, 50, Madisonville and Robert Charles Strader, 30, Madisonville, under the influence of narcotics. All three advised officers that the drugs were not theirs.

During a search of the home, officers located suspected methamphetamine, a loaded needle of meth, pills and a suspected synthetic blunt, the report said.

Harp was charged with possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine, first degree, second offense, possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperzines, possession of controlled substance-drug unspecified, third degree and drug paraphernalia buy or possess.

Richardson was charged with possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine, first degree, first offense, possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperzines, possession of controlled substance-drug unspecified, third degree and drug paraphernalia buy or possess.

Strader was charged with possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine, first degree, second offense, possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperzines, possession of controlled substance-drug unspecified, third degree and drug paraphernalia buy or possess.

All three are being lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
