An Oneida man accused of attempting to trade methamphetamine for sex was arrested last week on charges of possession of a Schedule IV drug for resale, possession of a Schedule II drug and solicitation of prostitution.

David Andrew Billingsley, 27, of Oneida, was arrested Tuesday, April 21. According to a warrant filedby Oneida Police Department investigator Bill Miller, Billingsley sent a text message to a cell phone wanting to trade meth for sex.
