Comments Off on Alaska State Troopers arrest drunken Anchorage man, Dyane Gray, 24, with gun, crystal Methamphetamine and Xanax

Alaska State Troopers said they arrested a drunken Anchorage man Friday who was firing a gun where he wasn’t supposed to while in possession of methamphetamine and anti-anxiety drugs without a prescription.

Troopers said they were on patrol at the Knik River Public Use Area in Palmer when they arrested 27-year-old Russell Haube and his girlfriend, Dyane Gray, 24, at about 2 p.m. Friday.

Investigation, troopers said in an online dispatch, “revealed Haube was impaired by alcohol and controlled substances, possessed crystal methamphetamine, and Xanax pills without a prescription.”

Haube, the dispatch said, was also “shooting a firearm where prohibited.”

Gray, troopers said, gave a false name and already had an arrest warrant for driving with her license suspended. And troopers found that Gray also had crystal methamphetamine and Xanax pills without a prescription.

The two were arrested and taken to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility in Palmer, with $10,000 bail set for each of them, according to the dispatch.
