Comments Off on East Central Drug Task Force seizes over 2,000 grams of mMethamphetamine in Warren County

WARREN COUNTY, MO ( – The East Central Drug Task Force has announced their quarter activity report in Warren County and several things were highlighted.

According to police, large amounts of drugs were detained including, 2,537.15 grams of methamphetamine, 406.7 grams of marijuana, and 343.2 grams of cocaine/crack cocaine. Along with drugs seized, police were able to detain 16 firearms, execute 19 search warrants and 40 suspects were arrested.

The unit is a multi-jurisdictional drug task force that serves the counties of Audrain, Cooper, Howard, Montgomery, Pike and Warren. The task force focuses their efforts on drug enforcement by conducting covert and overt narcotics investigations.
