GASTONIA, N.C. — Crews with the State Bureau of Investigation are cleaning up after a meth lab bust at a local hotel.

Gaston County Police say they were going to the Gaston Inn on Franklin Boulevard in Gastonia to serve arrest warrants on635790731055331503-vlcsnap-3140-05-11-11h58m59s040 Jennifer Nicole Eaves for probation violations.

When they arrived they say she had an active one-pot meth lab in the room at the time of the warrant service.

The SBI assisted with the lab cleanup, and the right side of the motel was evacuated.

Two hotel rooms were being utilized for manufacturing the methamphetamine, police say.
