The Thamkrabok Temple employs a full five days of vomiting, which is supposed to help cure addiction, according to an International Business Times report.

The program also consists of Buddhist meditation and relaxation.

The vomiting, which reportedly happens at 3 p.m. each day during treatment, is induced by a secret herbal potion that is “pepper hot” according to a man interviewed for a documentary that covered the temple.

The temple is reportedly popular with visitors from Australia, a country which has the third highest rate of meth users in the world, according to the IBT report.
