HANFORD — Two people were arrested Friday for possession of nearly 80 grams of methamphetamine, the Hanford Police Department said.

Officers conducted a probation search around 1:10 p.m. at a home in the 300 block of West Second Street. Officers had previously arrested one of the residents, Ginnie Lee, on Feb. 10 on suspicion of possessing 29 grams of methamphetamine, 3 grams of heroin, 164 grams of marijuana and violating post-release community supervision.

Police searched the home and found 79.6 grams of methamphetamine. Lee, 38, and Jason Hurlburt, 41, were both arrested and booked into the Kings County Jail on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine. Both suspects bailed out of jail.
